Anna Hetzel (they/them) is a conversion copywriter. They are the founder of Strange Birds, a creative co-op focused on crafting delightful customer experiences through the power of words, from marketing assets to in-product content design. Since 2017, Strange Birds has helped over 200 companies find their unique voice and implement it across their marketing ecosystems. Anna’s secret sauce is taking a client’s numerous products and services and organizing them all in a way that makes intuitive sense to their customers. Over the years, Anna has been invited onto countless stages and has a not-so-secret love of facilitating workshops. When they’re not slinging words, they’re busy being mildly good at too many hobbies (ultimate frisbee, gardening, cabin-building, weaving, reading… to name a few).
